Indulge in reminiscence

I used to know what I'm doing. I used to know what I want, what I like . I know my targets and I work my way to achieve it. I like collecting envelopes. I like stickers. I like bags and pouches and boxes. I like colour pens. I like a variety of the same thing cuz its always better to have more of one thing than just one. I have dreams. I want to earn lots of money. I used to think earning 10k is not a problem. I want to travel around the world. I like fancy stuff like a mini popcorn maker, can badge maker, sticker maker, pottery machine etc. I know why I say no to many and yes only to those matters to me.

This morning, I woke up and decided to look back at my old stuffs that I kept in boxes. Its placed in the top layer of my wardrobe. That's why I've almost forgotten about them. Out of sight, out of mind. There was a lot of reminiscing going over while looking at my stuffs and it brought back a few memories of my own. I remembered me.

I can say that the stef now is not quite like the old stef. I dont know why. I guess its the process of growing up. I used to like colourful stuffs but now I'm like a mono colour person. I used to make funny things that I like during my free time but now I'll sleep or just laze around or hang out with frens whenever I'm free. I used to have a proper schedule.. but now? Its all in a mess. I rush assignments everyday, I am always catching up with time. I lost my hobbies. Last time I used to play the piano and guzheng almost everyday. Now? Once every 6months. Guzheng? Worse.. once a year.

Its probably the environment and the busy world that made me like that. I believed many of u are the same. Its not the same anymore, its not easy to say no anymore. But instead, we will find ourselves saying yes to many other things. Even though its not something we truly want.

But whatever it is, its a good sunday morning. I felt good looking back at my old stuffs, bringing back my childhood memories. And find myself back once again. It feels good to get back to where you were, who you were. I know, I'll always have a base in me.

Ps: I'm not being emo. :)

2012.. is it comingg??

All these while, Malaysia has always been safe, no natural disaster like earthquakes, tornado etc. But, ever since the tsunami in year 2004, everything has changed. Gradually...and thats why ppl dont realise it.

Recently, the myth of 2012 becomes more apparent. More and more places/countries which used to be known as natural disaster free zone are no longer safe. Floods, tsunami, earthquakes etc are happening in places that never once happened. Just look at our country and neighbouring countries, the 2004 tsunami; the frequency to which tsunami and earthquake attack Indonesia; the flood in Thailand..........Dont you get the hint??

It is also frightening to know that most of the earthquakes that occur recently are not minor ones. Leading us back to the deadliest tsunami in Dec 26 2004, it is actually the consequence of

a 9.0 magnitude earthquake—the largest earthquake in 40 years—ruptured in the Indian Ocean (Brunner, 2007). (Read more on http://www.infoplease.com/spot/tsunami.html)

Another not-so-long ago earthquake in Haiti, more than 200,000 people have died, and approximately a million were left homeless.

We read about these, we know and we pity these victims. But its always, arrrhh ya...there's earthquake in that country... after awhile, we dont remember it anymore. Not until another disaster happen again. Why like that? Thats because we never encounter one before. Instead of feeling grateful, we take this for granted.

Well, its time for us to be concerned. Malaysia is not as safe anymore.

The culprit.

This ugly, distorded and disgusting pic is showing a dirty flithy insect. An insect that will give 2 pangeelapongers a heart attack if they EVER encounter a situation like what I did just now.

So, what happened was.. a cockroach just crawled to my foot. For nothing. Shit man! I was sitting peacefully on the floor with my laptop on the table. Out of a sudden I just felt something poking me and I involuntarily used my right hand to sweep it off. I thought it might be some hair or whatsoever la..

Then, the poking came back. This time, I involuntarily looked down. And, I saw this brown flat creature running away. Surprisingly, I did not scream but just stared at my foot and hand. After bout like 5 seconds, I finally realised that A COCKROACH JUST USED ITS ANTENNAS TO POKE ME AND RUN AWAY AFTER I LOOKED AT IT.

What.. playing hide and seek meh?? Lame piece of shit. Dare to poke but don't dare to admit and run away instead. One more thing, I'm a human and I smell like a human. Can't you sense it with your ultimately long antennas? And as a cockroach don't you think you should avoid me for I might just smack you and you'd be gone forever? Haih.. Peter never said cockroaches will poke.

Guess what I did after that.. I washed my hands and feet with dynamo. HAHA
And I drew the picture because the real picture of a cockroach is way too disgusting that it might just shoo ppl off from this blog.

I promised to blog this week and I did! But I was supposed to blog about something interesting bout oreo and not this disgusting creature. Guess its my karma for not blogging. (If this incident didnt happened, I wouldn't have blogged too. Lol)

Since I started off with a disgusting drawing, I shall end with a nice picture:)

Hello Pangeelapongers!

One more week to finals,

One more month to HK! :))

Its just one more month and we'll be done with Year 1... ONE MORE MONTH!

Damn it! Why does time pass so slowly...

Anyway, summer break is coming soon! What am i gonna do? Should I learn something new? Since life is so boring. And will be more boring during the break without friends around and assignments to rush. Not that we love assignments, but at least we know we have something to do..

I guess there'll be more updates in the following weeks because facebook is not moving. Minnie says he'll get his 6packs soon and will blog something about his abs. =.=" And by publishing this post, he'd got no choice but to work hard to really get the abs.

I don't understand why guys have no ass. Do u know how important is an ass? Its like a natural cushion and its extremely useful whenever you're asked to sit on the floor.

See.. it can even act as an extra cushion on a cushioned chair. Minnie and Ronald, grow some ass please..

Year 1 Summary...

What happened to this blog? Such lazy pangeelapongers

Its already the 11th week of this semester. Mann..time flies..
There are so many things to update.
AAR concert, Broga hill, Jogoya, Lab sessions, Birthday parties etc.. Too many!
After each event we'll be really semangat and say 'Lets update pangeelapong!'
Then,
when we're back home, gone la the semangat..

So, this semester..
More assignments, More pictures, More outings, More last minute works, More friends, More fats
And..
Lesser sleep, Lesser time to meet up with Jess and Ronald, Lesser money and Lesser brain cells

Every Thursday is the happiest day cuz we only have class till lunch time and after that the bioscience will meet up with the I-WHOs. And we'll hang out till after dinner!

BBQ session at TTS

Dear karma, you've been such a burden lately. I dont really like you..

Its a very karma-fied week for the pangeelapongers. And its always the instant karma type. Once we say or do something not so nice bout others, Shoop! something not so nice will happen to us the next second.

This karma thing always happen to htennek, jess and me. Ivan seldom say something not so nice, although its always in his mind. But as long as we didnt say it out or show it, its fine. Minnie is just like a chicken.. dont wanna do something not so nice because he's afraid of karma, especially after seeing the effects of karma on the 3 more straight forward and honest pangeelapongers a.k.a jess, htennek and me. But this doesn't mean he's nice.. cuz he's just like Ivan. As for carmen, she's always nice=) the nicest pangeelaponger..

Its been so long since i blogged here..

We finally have a bbq party on thursday!! Using the earnings from pangeelapong. The makan session supposed to start at bout 6plus 7. But, in the end, the pangeelapongers including ronald got to starve ourselves till almost 9. By the time when the food are cooked, Jess had to leave already=(

Anyway, it was a fun night! Thanks TY and Boon Shan for the Bbq pit..
