Day's Revelations

It's been a while since i touched the frying pan. One might ask why. Well, firstly i love to eat but i cant really cook. Next, i hate the washing up part. Finally, i usually mess up the area. However, i am particularly interested in trying my luck (omg, luck dependent person) on western dishes. Haha, why again. I like the part where chef jamie oliver sprinkles olive oil in an uncontrollable amount into the Caesar salad or some cooking pan. So blissful yet unaware of the amount of oil placed into the pot of glutton. Yes yes i know most of you people will say, olive oil is unsaturated oil. But once it's is oxidized, one way or another, it will be saturated somehow.

I fancy western dishes way more than typical chinese cooking because they don't use cliche bok choy as the ingredient and other spices or herbs. In western cooking, you are enticed by the smell of fresh rosemary roasted with lamb or some other exotic spices which triggers you olfactory sense.

Ook enough crap. On friday, i decided that i am gonna cook. Not just cook cook but cook clean ==.

after shopping for ingredients on saturday night, i allow my body and mind to rest for the task ahead tomorrow.

5 pm came and i am prepared. Armed with cleavers, knife and whatever arsenal you can find in the kitchen was on my fingertips. I firstly boiled the potatoes until they are soft in order to make a mashed potato. The onions were chopped next and saute-ed. Of course only butter is used since i like it fat == no la its for the buttery fragrance. Once the onion is ready, add in the mixed vege and continue stirring. Once its half done, add in the ground beef and add salt, pepper and winchester sauce for tasting.

Once it is done i arrange the ingredients into a corningware and baked it at 180 for 20 minutes. Next came the critique which really criticizes.

Why peas so hard one.
Why potato layer to think one.
Where are the meat, did you put those in.
Is the tomatoes still half cooked.
Is there a cockroach here?

Last one was a joke (Sometimes htennek jokes)

My that is why i hate cooking. lol... critiques. Semenyih here i come tomorrow !!!!!
