He, She and The People

Always…

She tells me that he is being unreasonable,

She tells me he always thinks that he is right
without noticing how wrong he is actually…

He is the most powerful person, he thought… she said.

He controls everything,
if it’s ONE, it’ll never be TWO,
if it’s ONE and he says it’s TWO then
no question, or you’re screwed!

Nobody is right other than him!
He wants her to listen to him, without telling her why…
She got scolded for no reason, but her pure concerns..

He uses his dictatorship to make everyone listen,
and when everyone does,
He feels happy and proud.
Without knowing people poking needles at his back…

He thought he contributed the most!
Without recognizing her sweats and hard work…

He never listens, till he finally notices his own mistakes,
Yet he’ll never admit… (it’s ok if he makes a mistake, he thought)
She tried telling before, he never care~

When someone agrees with him,
Make him happy,
Then the someone will always be forgiven for whatever he do wrong..

He decides everything without discussing with her,
When he finally tells her,
It’s already too late,
Yet he expects her to keep up with his steps..

When he is slow, he said he is being carful!
When she is slow, he doubts her ability,

He speaks loudly! He said he is confident…
She speaks loudly, she is being disrespectful~

He scolds everyone, he said it's because he wanted to correct their mistakes,
But when you advise him, you’re considered Challenging him..

When he did a BIG mistake, he tried to blame,
when he failed to, he scolded everyone!

He is impatient!
On time, he wants what he wants,
Dead or alive, it has to be on his desk.

Finally, when he realizes how wrong he is….
Too late to get back the people’s heart…
With his negative reputations,
people only see him as an irrational old man…

He = The Boss
She = His personal secretary
People / everyone = His employees
Someone = People who bodek

Asked why I blog about this?

No specific reason,

All the Bosses are just very unreasonable sometimes =)

However, during the global recession, economic downfalls,

Many people out there unemployed..

So appreciate what you got, even with an unreasonable boss.
